MILK AND DAIRIES (APPLICATION FOR RESTRICTION ON SALE) (FORM OF NOTICE) REGULATIONS, 1950. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 33 and by Section 15 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 (No. 22 of 1935), hereby makes the following Regulations :-- |
||

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Milk and Dairies (Application for Restriction on Sale) (Form of Notice) Regulations, 1950. |
||
|
2. The public notice required by paragraph (a) of sub-section (3) of Section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , to be given by a sanitary authority of their intention to make application to the Minister for Health for an Order under the said Section shall be in the form set forth in the Schedule hereto and shall be given by publishing the same at least once in one or more newspapers circulating in the district of such sanitary authority. |

The 1 ...................................... hereby give notice that they intend on or after the 2 to apply to the Minister for Health for an Order under Section 33 of the Milk and Dairies Act, 1935 , prohibiting the sale of milk in 3 unless such milk is sold under a special designation within the meaning of Part IV of the said Act. |
