LOCAL ELECTIONS (DATE OF ELECTIONS), ORDER, 1950. |

|
The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by the Local Elections Act, 1948 (No. 8 of 1948) hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Local Elections (Date of Elections) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. An election of members of every local authority (other than the Council of the County of Dublin, the Council of the County of Kerry and the Commissioners of the Town of Tramore) shall be held on the 20th day of September, 1950. |
||
|
