EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 375) ORDER, 1946 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1950. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 375) Order, 1946 (Revocation) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. (1) The Emergency Powers (No. 375) Order, 1946 (S. R. & O. No. 55 of 1946), is hereby revoked. |
||
|
(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 14th day of March, 1950. |
||
|
