I, DANIEL MORRISSEY, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 6 of the Erne Drainage and Development Act, 1950 (No. 15 of 1950), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Lough and River Erne Drainage and Navigation Board (Dissolution) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. The 28th day of June, 1950, is hereby appointed as the day from which the Lough and River Erne Drainage and Navigation Board shall be dissolved. |
||
