EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (THIRD AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1950. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Third Amendment) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. (1) The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended by the deletion from the Third Schedule of all matter contained in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 3 and columns (2) and (3) at reference number 10. |
||
|
(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 13th day of October, 1950. |
||
|
