EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 352) ORDER, 1945 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1950. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 352) Order, 1945 (Revocation) Order, 1950. |
||
|
2. (1) The Emergency Powers (No. 352) Order, 1945 (S.R. & O., No. 22 of 1945), is hereby revoked. |
||
|
(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 31st day of December, 1950. |
||
|
