LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT, 1941 (APPROPRIATE MINISTER FOR OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENCE OFFICER) ORDER, 1951 |

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers vested in him by subsection (2) of section 8 of the Local Government Act, 1941 (No. 23 of 1941) hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. The Minister for Defence shall be the appropriate Minister for the purposes of Part II of the Local Government Act, 1941 , in relation to the office under a local authority of Civil Defence Officer and holders thereof. |
||
|
2. This Order may be cited as the Local Government Act, 1941 (Appropriate Minister for Office of Civil Defence Officer) Order, 1951. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this seventh day of March One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-one. |
