DEATH DUTIES (PAYMENT IN SECURITIES) REGULATIONS, 1930 (REVOCATION) REGULATIONS, 1951. |

The Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 20 of the Finance Act, 1930 (No. 20 of 1930), and of every and any other power him in this behalf enabling, hereby makes the following regulations :-- |

1.--(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Death Duties (Payment in Securities) Regulations, 1930 (Revocation) Regulations, 1951. |
||
|
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 15th day of July, 1951. |
||
|
2. The Death Duties (Payment in Securities) Regulations, 1930 ( S. R. & O. No. 78 of 1930 ), are hereby revoked. |
||
|
