SHOPS (HOURS OF TRADING ON WEEKDAYS) ORDER, 1947 (SUSPENSORY) (No. 2) ORDER, 1951. |

I, Seán F. Lemass, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 27 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (Suspensory) (No. 2) Order, 1951. |
||
|
2. The Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 362 of 1947 ), shall, from the date of this Order until the 30th day of September, 1951, have effect subject to the modification that the closing hour on a weekday for a shop situate in any area specified in the Schedule hereto shall be 11 p.m. |
