MINISTER FOR DEFENCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1951. |

|
WHEREAS OSCAR TRAYNOR, Minister for Defence, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office : |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Defence (Agency) Order, 1951. |
||
|
2. ÉAMON DE VALÉRA, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Defence during the period commencing on the 21st day of September, 1951, and ending on the date on which the said OSCAR TRAYNOR resumes the duties of that office. |
||
|
