I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 89 of the Transport Act, 1944 (No. 21 of 1944), hereby order as follows :--
|
|
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Transport Act, 1944 (Alteration of Maximum Railway Charges of the Sligo, Leitrim and Northern Counties Railway Company) Order, 1951.
|
|
|
2. The maximum charges applicable to the Sligo, Leitrim and Northern Counties Railway Company for traffic by rail are hereby altered in accordance with the Schedule to this Order and the altered charges shall come into operation on the 29th day of October, 1951.
|
|
|

|
|
|
Substitution for the appropriate maximum railway charges in operation immediately prior to the date upon which this Order shall take effect of the altered maximum railway charges as set out hereinafter.
