EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 157) ORDER, 1942 (NINTH AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1951. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Ninth Amendment) Order, 1951. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (S. R. & O. No. 96 of 1942), shall have effect as if £6,000,000 were the amount specified in the third column of the Schedule thereto at reference number 2. |
||
|
3. The Emergency Powers (No. 157) Order, 1942 (Third Amendment) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O. No. 222 of 1947), is hereby revoked. |
||
