EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (COTTON THREAD AND PLY YARN AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1952. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Cotton Thread and Ply Yarn Amendment) Order, 1952. |
||
|
2.--(1) The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S.R. & O., No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended by the deletion from the First Schedule of all matter contained in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 31 (which relates to the suspension of customs duty on certain, thread and ply yarns). |
||

(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 8th day of February, 1952. |
||
|
