S.I. No. 59/1952:

COAL (SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMS DUTY) ORDER, 1952.

COAL (SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMS DUTY) ORDER, 1952.

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Coal (Suspension of Customs Duty) Order, 1952.

2. Paragraph (2) of Article 2 of the Coal (Suspension of Customs Duty) Order, 1947 (S.R. & O., No. 106 of 1947) is hereby amended by the substitution of " the 31st day of March, 1953 " for " the 31st day of March, 1952."

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government this 4th day of March, 1952.
