I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (Commencement) Order, 1952. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of October, 1952, is hereby fixed as the day on which the Milk (Regulation of Supply and Price) (Amendment) Act, 1952 (No. 9 of 1952), shall come into operation. |
||
