I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 25 of the Shops (Hours of Trading) Act, 1938 (No. 3 of 1938), and after due compliance with subsection (1) of section 4 of that Act, hereby order as follows :-- |

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (Revocation) Order, 1952. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 27th day of December, 1952. |
||
|
2. The Shops (Hours of Trading on Weekdays) Order, 1947 (S. R. & O., No. 362 of 1947), is hereby revoked. |
||
