I, GERALD BOLAND, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred upon me by section 2 of the Adoption Act, 1952 (No. 25 of 1952), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Adoption Act, 1952 (Commencement) Order, 1952. |
||
|
2. The 1st day of January, 1953, is hereby appointed to be the day on which the Adoption Act, 1952 , shall come into operation. |
||
