WEIGHTS AND MEASURES (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1952. |

I, SEÁN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Weights and Measures Acts, 1878 to 1936, hereby make the following regulations :-- |
||

1. These regulations may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Amendment) Regulations, 1952. |
||
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to these regulations. |
||
|
3. Regulation 110 of the Weights and Measures (General) Regulations, 1928 (S. R. & O., No. 71 of 1928), is hereby amended by the substitution of the figures " 1958 " for the figures " 1953 " (inserted therein by the Weights and Measures (Amendment) Regulations, 1948 ( S.I. No. 87 of 1948 ) ). |
