S.I. No. 28/1953:

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1953.

MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1953.

WHEREAS Gerald Boland, Minister for Justice, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1953.

2. Thomas Derrig, Minister for Lands, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice during the period ending on the date on which the said Gerald Boland resumes the duties of that office.

Given under the Official Seal of the Government, this 13th day of January, 1953.
