VITAL STATISTICS AND BIRTHS, DEATHS AND MARRIAGES REGISTRATION ACT, 1952 (COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1953. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 14 of the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (No. 8 of 1952), hereby orders as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (Commencement) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. (a) The Vital Statistics and Births, Deaths and Marriages Registration Act, 1952 (except section 10 thereof) shall come into operation on the 16th day of February, 1953. |
||
|
(b) Section 10 of the said Act shall come into operation on the 1st day of April, 1953. |
||
|
