EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 320) ORDER, 1944 (SCYTHES, SICKLES, ETC.) (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1953. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (Scythes, Sickles, etc.) (Amendment) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 320) Order, 1944 (S. R. & O. No. 156 of 1944), is hereby amended, as respects articles imported on or after the 17th day of April, 1953, by the deletion of all words in columns (2), (3) and (4) at reference number 19 in the First Schedule. |
||
