AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953. |

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939) hereby make the following regulations:-- |

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Temporary Amendment) Regulations, 1953. |
||
|
2. Paragraphs (1) and (3) of Article 25 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 169 of 1939 ), shall not apply to eggs sent or consigned during the months of April, May and June, 1953, to premises registered in the Register of Preservers. |
