AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (EGGS) (TEMPORARY AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Act, 1939 (No. 2 of 1939) hereby make the following regulations:--

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) (Temporary Amendment) Regulations, 1953.

2. Paragraphs (1) and (3) of Article 25 of the Agricultural Produce (Eggs) Regulations, 1939 ( S. R. & O. No. 169 of 1939 ), shall not apply to eggs sent or consigned during the months of April, May and June, 1953, to premises registered in the Register of Preservers.
