CUSTOMS-FREE AIRPORT (ROAD TRAFFIC) (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS, 1953.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Section 13 of the Customs-free Airport Act, 1947 (No. 5 of 1947), with the consent of the Minister for Finance, testified by his official seal affixed hereto, hereby make the following regulations :

1. These regulations may be cited as the Customs-free Airport (Road Traffic) (Amendment) Regulations, 1953.

2.--(1) Regulation 3 of the Customs-free Airport (Road Traffic) Regulations 1947 ( S. R. & O. No. 117 of 1947 ), is hereby revoked.

(2) Paragraph (1) of this regulation shall come into operation on the 4th day of May, 1953.
