MINISTER FOR FINANCE (AGENCY) ORDER, 1953. |

WHEREAS Seán MacEntee, Minister for Finance, is temporarily, unable to discharge the duties of his office: |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance during the period ending on the date on which the said Seán MacEntee resumes the duties of that office. |
||
|
