EMERGENCY POWERS (NO. 282) ORDER, 1943 (TERMINATION OF SUSPENSION OF DUTY ON ROOFING FELT, ETC.) ORDER, 1953. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 282) Order, 1943 (Termination of Suspension of Duty on Roofing Felt, etc.) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 282) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 247 of 1943), shall, in so far as it suspends a duty of customs on articles mentioned at reference number 14 in the First Schedule thereto, cease to have effect in respect of articles imported on or after the 30th day of June, 1953. |
