The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (Revocation) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. The Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 450 of 1941), and the Emergency Powers (No. 117) Order, 1941 (Amendment) Order, 1941 (S. R. & O. No. 497 of 1941), are hereby revoked. |
||
|
