I, THOMAS WALSH, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 4 of the Slaughter of Cattle and Sheep Act, 1934 (No. 42 of 1934), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling, hereby make the following regulations: |

1.--(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Cattle and Sheep, (Export Licence) Regulations, 1946 (Revocation) Regulations, 1953. |
||
|
(2) These Regulations shall come into operation on the 1st day of July, 1953. |
||
|
2. The Cattle and Sheep (Export Licence) Regulations, 1946 ( S. R. & O. No. 82 of 1946 ), are hereby revoked. |
||
