ASBESTOS ARTICLES (TERMINATION OF SUSPENSION OF CUSTOMS DUTY) ORDER, 1953. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Asbestos Articles (Termination of Suspension of Customs Duty) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. Article 5 of the Customs Duties (Miscellaneous Suspensions) (No. 3) Order, 1948 ( S.I. No. 403 of 1948 ), is hereby revoked as respects articles imported on or after the 28th day of August, 1953. |
||
