S.I. No. 284/1953:

UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1953.

UNDEVELOPED AREAS ACT, 1952 (SECTION 3) ORDER, 1953.

I, SEAN F. LEMASS, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 3 of the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), hereby order as follows:

1. This Order may be cited as the Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (Section 3) Order, 1953.

2. The Undeveloped Areas Act, 1952 (No. 1 of 1952), shall apply to the area comprising the townlands of Clarehill, Lissan East, Lissan West, Islandmcgrath, Islandavanna Upper and Islandavanna Lower, in the Barony of Islands and County of Clare.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 31st day of August, 1953.
