WHEREAS Seán MacEntee, Minister for Finance, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office : |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Finance (Agency) (No. 5) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. Frank Aiken, Minister for External Affairs, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Finance until the 4th day of October, 1953. |
||
|
