The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sub-section (2) of Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , (No. 3 of 1948), hereby orders as follows:-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (Urban District of Wicklow) Order, 1953. |
||
|
2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the sanitary district consisting of the Urban District of Wicklow on the seventh day after the date of this Order. |
||
