WHEREAS James Everett, Minister for Justice, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office : |
||
|
NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) Order, 1954. |
||
|
2. John A. Costello, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice until the 20th day of June, 1954. |
||
