ALLOCATION OF ADMINISTRATION (OIFIG NA GAELTACHTA AGUS NA gCEANTAR gCUNG) ORDER, 1954. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sub section (1) of section 6 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Allocation of Administration (Oifig na Gaeltachta agus na gCeantar gCúng) Order, 1954. |
||
|
2. The administration and business of Oifig na Gaeltachta agus na gCeantar gCúng are hereby allocated to the Department of Local Government. |
||
|
