MINISTER FOR JUSTICE (AGENCY) (No. 4) ORDER, 1954

WHEREAS James Everett, Minister for Justice, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows:--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Justice (Agency) (No. 4) Order, 1954.

2. John A. Costello, Taoiseach, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Justice during the period commencing on the 21st day of July, 1954 and ending on the 3rd day of August, 1954.
