HEALTH ACT, 1954 (DATE OF COMMENCEMENT) ORDER, 1954. |

The Minister for Health, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 4 of the Health Act, 1954 (No. 23 of 1954), hereby orders as follows :-- |
||

(1) This Order may be cited as the Health Act, 1954 (Date of Commencement) Order, 1954. |
||
|
(2) The Health Act, 1954 , shall come into operation on the 1st day of August, 1954. |
||
|
GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Health, this thirty-first day of July, One Thousand, Nine Hundred and Fifty-four. |
