REGULATION OF EXPORT (ORDERS RELATING TO VENISON, FISH PASTES AND FISH JELLIES) (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1954. |

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (No. 18 of 1947), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Export (Orders relating to Venison, Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) (Revocation) Order, 1954. |
||
|
(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 9th day of December, 1954. |
||
|
2. The following orders are hereby revoked : |
||
|
(a) the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Venison) Order, 1949 ( S.I. No. 62 of 1949 ), |
||
|
(b) the Agricultural and Fishery Products (Regulation of Export) Act, 1947 (Export of Fish Pastes and Fish Jellies) Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 266 of 1950 ). |
||
|
