S.I. No. 268/1954:

MINISTER FOR HEALTH (AGENCY) ORDER, 1954

MINISTER FOR HEALTH (AGENCY) ORDER, 1954

WHEREAS Thomas Francis O'Higgins, Minister for Health, will be temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Health (Agency) Order, 1954.

2. Patrick O'Donnell, Minister for Local Government, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Health during the period commencing on the 4th day of December, 1954, and ending on 12th day of December, 1954.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 3rd day of December, 1954.
