I, JAMES EVERETT, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by section 26 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 (No. 14 of 1947), hereby make the following regulations : |
||
1. These regulations may be cited as the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 (Section 26 (1)--Forms) Regulations, 1954. |
||
2. An order under subsection (1) of section 26 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 , requiring the seizure of stock comprised in a specific chattel mortgage at the instance of the mortgagee shall be in the appropriate form set out in the Schedule to these Regulations. |

In pursuance of the powers conferred by section 26 of the Agricultural Credit Act, 1947 , and of every other power in that behalf them enabling the Recognised Lender hereby certifies that the Mortgagor is the borrower named in the specific chattel mortgage of the stock described in the Schedule hereto and situate upon the lands of , in the Parish of Barony of and County of . |

It is further certified that moneys payable on foot of the said chattel mortgage are unpaid for fourteen days after the day appointed by the chattel mortgage for payment thereof and that the sum of £ is now due on foot of the said chattel mortgage. |
||
You are accordingly authorised and required to take the said stock and to cause the same to be sold with all convenient speed and after discharging the expense, fees and costs of such seizure and sale to pay the said sum of £ the Recognised Lender and the balance if any to the said as directed by the Statutes in that case made and provided. |
||
