		S.I. No. 67/1955: ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1947 (APPOINTMENT OF RETURNING OFFICER) ORDER, 1955.
		ELECTORAL (AMENDMENT) ACT, 1947 (APPOINTMENT OF RETURNING OFFICER) ORDER, 1955.
		The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph (d) of sub-section (1) of section 7 of the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1947 (No. 31 of 1947) hereby appoints and orders as follows :--
		1. This Order may be cited as the Electoral (Amendment) Act, 1947, (Appointment of Returning Officer) Order, 1955.
		2. The County Registrar for Kilkenny shall be the returning officer for the Carlow-Kilkenny constituency.
		GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Minister for Local Government this twenty-first day of April One Thousand Nine Hundred and Fifty-five.
