S.I. No. 88/1955:

WHEAT MILLING (GENERAL QUOTA VARIATION) ORDER, 1955.

WHEAT MILLING (GENERAL QUOTA VARIATION) ORDER, 1955.

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by Article 3 of the Wheat Milling Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1955 ), and of every and any other power me in this behalf enabling and after consultation with the Milling Advisory Committee, hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling (General Quota Variation) Order, 1955.

2. The quotas referred to in paragraph (1) of Article 3 of the Wheat Milling Order, 1955, are hereby increased by the uniform percentage specified in the Schedule to this Order.

SCHEDULE.

Uniform Percentage.

Ten per cent.

GIVEN under my Official Seal, this 16th day of May, 1955.
