NIGHT WORK (BAKERIES) (EXCEPTIONAL WORK) ORDER, 1955. |

I, WILLIAM NORTON, Minister for Industry and Commerce in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (1) of Section 5 of the Night Work (Bakeries) Act, 1936 (No. 42 of 1936), and after consultation with representatives of employers and representatives of workers interested in bakeries, hereby order as follows : |

1. This Order may be cited as the Night Work (Bakeries) (Exceptional Work) Order, 1955. |
||
2. This Order shall come into operation on the 30th, day of May, 1955. |
||
3. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this. Order. |
||
4. Each process of manufacture specified in the Schedule hereto done in any bakery to which the Act applies shall be exceptional work. |
||
5. The Night Work (Bakeries) (Exceptional Work) Order, 1937 ( S. R. & O. No. 7 of 1937 ), is hereby revoked. |
||
SCHEDULE. |
||
Flour-blending ; doughmaking ; spongemaking ; and, when carried on in the County Borough or County of Dublin, the clearing of provers and ovens. |
||
