WHEAT MILLING (AMENDMENT) ORDER, 1955. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows : |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Wheat Milling (Amendment) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2. Article 3 of the Wheat Milling Order, 1955 ( S.I. No. 74 of 1955 ), is hereby amended-- |
||
|
(i) by the insertion, in paragraph (1), of " and wheaten meal after " flour," |
||
|
(ii) by the deletion of subparagraph (b) of paragraph (2). |
||
|
