EMERGENCY POWERS (No. 254) ORDER, 1943 (REVOCATION) ORDER, 1955. |

The Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by the Supplies and Services (Temporary Provisions) Act, 1946 (No. 22 of 1946), hereby order as follows :-- |
||
|
1. This Order may be cited as the Emergency Powers (No. 254) Order, 1943 (Revocation) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2.--(1) The Emergency Powers (No. 254) Order, 1943 (S. R. & O. No. 37 of 1943), is hereby revoked. |
||
|
(2) Paragraph (1) of this Article shall come into operation on the 28th day of October, 1955. |
||
|
