LOCAL GOVERNMENT (SANITARY SERVICES) ACT, 1948 (SECTION 34) (COUNTY HEALTH DISTRICT OF WEXFORD) ORDER, 1955. |

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (2) of section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , hereby orders as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 (Section 34) (County Health District of Wexford) Order, 1955. |
||
|
2. Section 34 of the Local Government (Sanitary Services) Act, 1948 , shall come into operation in the County Health District of Wexford on the 1st day of December, 1955. |
||
|
