MINISTER FOR LANDS (AGENCY) ORDER, 1956.

MINISTER FOR LANDS (AGENCY) ORDER, 1956.

WHEREAS Joseph Blowick, Minister for Lands, is temporarily unable to discharge the duties of his office :--

NOW, THEREFORE, the Government, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by subsection (1) of section 7 of the Ministers and Secretaries (Amendment) Act, 1939 (No. 36 of 1939), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Minister for Lands (Agency) Order, 1956.

2. James Dillon, Minister for Agriculture, is hereby nominated to execute the office of Minister for Lands during the period ending on the 31st day of January, 1956.

GIVEN under the Official Seal of the Government, this 5th day of January, 1956.
