I, JAMES EVERETT, Minister for Justice, in exercise of the power conferred on me by subsection (1) of section 2 of the Prisons Act, 1933 (No. 51 of 1933), hereby order as follows : |

|
1. This Order may be cited as the Sligo Prison Closing Order, 1956. |
||
|
2. The Interpretation Act, 1937 (No. 38 of 1937), applies to this Order. |
||
|
3. The prison at Sligo in the County of Sligo shall be closed on and from the 1st day of June, 1956. |
||
|
