FOWL PEST INFECTED AREA No. 1 ORDER, 1956.

I, JAMES M. DILLON, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the power conferred by Article 11 of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ), hereby order as follows :--

1. This Order may be cited as the Fowl Pest Infected Area No. 1 Order, 1956.

2. The area described in the Schedule to this Order is hereby declared to be a fowl pest infected area for the purposes of the Fowl Pest Order, 1950 ( S.I. No. 15 of 1950 ).

SCHEDULE.

That part of the administrative county of Cork comprising the rural districts of Midleton and Youghal No. 1 and that part of the administrative County of Waterford comprising the rural district of Youghal No. 2.
