CLARE (COUNTY ELECTORAL AREAS) ORDER, 1956.

The Minister for Local Government in exercise of the powers conferred on him by subsection (7) of section 33 of the Local Government Act, 1941 , hereby orders as follows :--

1.--(1) This Order may be cited as the Clare (County Electoral Areas) Order, 1956.

(2) This Order and the Clare County Council Orders, 1942 and 1945 may be cited collectively as the Clare County Council Orders, 1942 to 1956.

2. The townland of Ballyduff More in the district electoral division of Ballyea and the townlands of Cooguquid and Moarhaun in the district electoral division of Templemaley shall cease to form part of the county electoral area of Ennis and henceforth shall form part of the county electoral area of Miltown Malbay and the Schedule to the Clare County Council Order, 1942 as amended by the Clare County Council Order, 1945 shall be amended accordingly.

EXPLANATORY NOTE.
