I, GERARD SWEETMAN, Minister for Finance, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by section 2 of the Superannuation Act, 1956 (No. 38 of 1956), hereby order as follows :-- |
||

1. This Order may be cited as the Superannuation Act, 1956 (Appointed Day) Order, 1957. |
||
|
2. The 15th day of February, 1957, is hereby appointed to be the appointed day for the purposes of the Superannuation Act, 1956 . |
||
|
