AGRICULTURAL PRODUCE (CEREALS) ACT, 1938 (SECTION 19 (2)) (No. 2) ORDER, 1957.

I, SEÁN MOYLAN, Minister for Agriculture, in exercise of the powers conferred on me by subsection (2) of section 19 of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938), hereby order as follows :

1. (1) This Order may be cited as the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (Section 19 (2)) (No. 2) Order, 1957.

(2) This Order shall come into operation on the 28th day of October, 1957.

2. The following articles shall cease to be scheduled feeding stuffs for the purposes of Part III of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938) :

Articles of the nature of a food or medicine for internal use, for the use of horses, mules, jennets, asses, cattle, sheep, swine, goats or poultry, which pass in commerce under the designation of a proprietary or protected trade name.

Explanatory Note.

The Order declares that the articles mentioned shall cease to be scheduled feeding stuffs for the purposes of Part III of the Agricultural Produce (Cereals) Act, 1938 (No. 16 of 1938).
